I come to speak to you about a commonly product used for those who practice outdoor sports and not soo, of course!
I met this product in 2011, at that time, was made only in the "states" (www.chocolateenergygel.com), now is also produced in Slovakia (www.agave9.com), for thar European distribution is now much more easy. After I contac US manufacturer, they sent me some samples to test it, text published in April 2011 on my blog:
www.omeuBTTtemDIABETES.blogspot.com. Simple thing, it was almost a "snapshot & copy" of annex briefing paper, but the distinction was reported and remains...
Now with new flavors, developed directly in the European country, still with the original flavor of "Belgian chocolate", red fruit and tropical fruit and the "new" "maqui berry" (blueberry berries), this one is a bomb in antioxidants... Agave # 9 Chocolate: - 100% natural; - Belgian chocolate (with cocoa); - Low glycemic Index!!! Agave # 9 Red and Tropical fruits: - 100% natural (both rich in minerals) and Vit. C. Agave # 9 Maqui Berry (blueberries): - Certified 100% organic; - Rich in antioxidants, Vit. A and C, potassium, calcium, and iron.
For serious natural diet advocates, this brand it's really a option, all of them are sweetened with concentrated agave syrup, no artificial sweeteners, dyes and/or preserves.
Regarding chocolate flavor and for those who are diabetic, glycemic index is low, this was their "flag" being an interesting feature for any diabetic person.
To open is the same as others, easily accessible - with teeth - and the flavors are quite nice, although on the peak of summer and as a rule, it's mandatory to have the water bottle to dilute it, but the feeling is good and easy to digest, at least, in my stomach!
Some of the copies I had access to "evaluate" went with me to "Vila Velha de Rodão Trail" - raised me a 42 mg/dL hypo. I take them in small trail routes with my family. I find myself running with one in my hand ending a working day, they already compensat me from a weak snack. I took them to "Serra da Estrela EGT" ...
