Trail Centro Vicentino da Serra/Delta Cafés

Boas corridas,

Corridas boas,

My English version:
Good runs,
There is a 1st time for everything... But I say already: "If you want to be impressed with trail running come to "Vicentino"!
By involving of the entire Portalegre city, it was undoubtedly the largest organization of an event which I was in, all blameless.
Rain in stormy weather wets even more, tapes and more tapes, ropes and climbs, mud and streams, it’s so technical, really envy.
The repeat knee, from 12K started to hurt, again, lack of training from the "veteran", the rivers water is cold in January, human salamander preached scares, clowns said antics, the many people who I didn’t know from where they appeared came to applaud us.
It was a romance with a happy ending, I reached the end ready to return. I was betrothed of this mountain...
Diabetes was "controlled", no hipos, there was a hyper, those Alentejo folks feed us well...
Run good,
